Cumin-Lime Salsa Verde
We LOVE the green salsa of Mexico…on everything. Pack the punchy flavors of roasted tomatillo, lime, jalapeño, green onion, and cilantro into your dishes in a new way.
Here’s how to use it:
sear or sauté fish, shrimp, chicken, pork
shake it directly onto rice, before or after cooking (we like both)
season fajita veggies and salsas
huevos rancheros, scrambled eggs, all eggs
season tortilla chips as they come out of the fryer
use it to season your ceviche (don’t sleep on this)
season your actual salsa verde sauce with Salt Wolf Salsa Verde and transcend reality
fold into softened butter, then use that butter on absolutely everything…especially melt it over steak or rice
As always, our products are freeze-dried, not dehydrated - that’s why we’re better. Dehydration uses a low temp oven to dry things out, and that prolonged heat exposure destroys flavor, aroma, and color. This is why most spices suck.
